Quick, efficient service

I recently called Pipes as a last stop, when my Epson printer failed. Epson Canada couldn't help and neither could 2 other local businesses. I just wanted someone to look at my printer and tell me how much it would be to fix. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the person at the other end of the phone, Daniella. She listened to my concern and promised to call me back. Not only did she call back 10 minutes after speaking with a technician, she also helped me in deciding that it wasn't worth to fix it. She then spend almost an hour on the phone with me answering all my questions regarding buying a new one, and I took her advise and bought a new, more professional Epson 4900. I have never been more happy with a purchase or the efficient and courteous service I received at Pipes and continue to receive to this day. Thanks again for all your help.

John
